Thousands of students have toured Wolf Creek Indian Village & Museum. Students will see and feel what it was like in an Eastern Woodland Indian Village 500 years ago.
Interpretive guides will lead them in a hands on exploration of living archeology skills that would have been needed by the Native Americans of the mountains of Virginia at that time period.
The
museum exhibits feature history of Native Americans from other regions
of the country as well as Virginia Indians throughout the state of
Virginia.
This experience forms to the requirements of the Standards of Learning in Virginia and other school curriculum for all grades.

There are nature trails and a sheltered picnic area located on site. Excellent restroom facilities are available as well as vending machines in the museum alcove area.

- Adults (one adult admitted free for every 10 students)
- Additional Adults $7.00
- Bus Drivers Free admssion
Gift Bags - Group leaders may request a store listing of affordable merchandise for students in lieu of visiting the gift shop during a field trip. All Gift bag contents must be alike and ordered preferably 2 weeks in advance to insure we have the requested merchandise in stock.
