Museum Events
June 30th- September 15th 2010 Picturing America: Virginia Style - Exhibit featuring a history of pottery and basketry. Provided by the Virginia Association of Museums through the National Endowment for the Humanities: Picturing America project. Demonstrations in village of basket making (July) and pottery making in (August) to refurbish the village exhibits will coincide with exhibit.
September- Native American Month*
October - Archeology Month- Dan Kegley, President of the Archeology Society of Virginia, Member of Wolf Hills Chapter will do a presentation, October 23, 2010 11AM Bland Library Conference Room, Bland Virginia entitled "Brown-Johnston and Southwest Virginia Prehistoric Archeology.
